Managing an occasionally rented, owner-occupied home is our specialty. The income from renting your home, condo or cottage can help defray the cost of your own vacation. We evaluate your home and location regulations to make sure it makes economic sense to list it as an Airbnb. Next, your length of time away is assessed in terms of profitability. If there are any minor modifications needed to make the space ideal for rental, it will be discussed for your approval.

Our property evaluation sets the security deposit required by guests and we identify any other security measures that will be taken to protect you. We do a walk-through between each rental to make sure everything is perfect.

House Rules

Your house rules need to be established, so that we can ensure they are followed. If any spaces are off-limits to guests, or if you have a no-shoes policy, we include them in a home reference binder. We will create clear instructions for working the TV and entertainment systems, dishwasher, laundry, Internet connection, home security system, and heat and air conditioning systems. Our guest-screening process is tough, so that you can holiday without stress.
